Not sure I'm up for writing a FAQ, but the thing to remember with Crypto Note based coins is that you must include a Payment_Id when sending a deposit to an exchange address. Without the Payment_Id the exchange has no way of knowing who the deposit came from. The reason you can't transfer from one exchange to another is that we currently don't allow you to specify a Payment_Id when you withdraw, we just send coins to the address you provide. We will be fixing this in an upcoming release, in the near future you will be able to withdraw FROM Bittrex to another exchange. It's up to that exchange to reciprocate. Hope that helps, R.
