A little bit about myself:
I'm from the USA, living in Vietnam and teaching English. I've been following Bitcoin for the last 2 years, never invested, but would like to finally join the digital economy. It seems like selling cigarettes would be a good way to do that.

I understand that I don't have an online 'reputation' as such, being new to all this, but would be eager to use whatever precautions the buyer would require.

I will ship orders out the same day they are confirmed, with tracking.

will you be using escrow service? Have you had any sales yet? can anyone vouch?

I thought you can't sent abroad things like alcohol and cigarettes in large quantities. If they found your package it will be confiscated for sure. At least there is law like that in EU.

I have no experience and I've never sold anything using bitcoin in my life, so nobody can vouch for me.

An escrow service is perfectly fine with me- I see that they usually charge 1% and I figure we can split that if it's a big order or I can pay it if it's less than $5.

Hazir: When travelling to the U.S., you are allowed to bring two cartons of cigarettes, no questions asked. I'm guessing there are restrictions on shipping mass quantities all at once but that doesn't seem like it would be a problem unless the person is purchasing quite a few cartons.

I know that I've shipped single cartons of cigarettes back to the states with no problems before.

What will you charge to ship to USA??

Well, I get my cigarettes from Moldova and I haven't had any problems yet. 7 cartons in total.

Yes shipping large quantities are gonna get you in trouble for sure!
But if you only keep it small I think only the customs if they search the package and they see what's inside.
They are gonna tax it and let you pay the import duties.

Well I know my dad used to order sigarettes from other counrty's (im from The Netherlands)
And he got taxed after a while, they dont inspect all packages yes but if they do you have to pay extra.
If I have enough soon I will try to buy 10 packs to try it out from The Netherlands

I have ordered all my packages through him (proof (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=472896.msg5236024#msg5236024)), so I can vouch for this guy. But like I said his prices are higher than OP's, so yeah.

I can't say anything about the tax and price,  but I can say the cig taste the same.
