It's becoming ever more clear to to me that the communists are actively trying to centralise and control Bitcoin.

Assholes want to micromanage peoples daily lives, thoughts and have the ability fuck with your money at will. 

Keep bitcoin decentralized at all cost!

It's mostly the U.S. (e.g. fake capitalists) trying to centralize BTC under the pretense of anti-terrorism.

Following are the status of current communist nations about Bitcoin

1. China: Banned except from Hong Kong, the free trade zone

2. Russia, the ex-communist: Banned but running the arguably biggest exchange BTC-e

3. North Korea: Kim Jong Un is yet to figure out what is Bitcoin. He is more interested in nuclear weapons to jump on the US force deployed at Japan.

4. Cuba: The Castro brothers are yet to figure out the internet, let alone Bitcoin.

Even more unfounded attacks against US motives are taken as facts by those wishing they can picture themselves 'standing up to the man'.

Meanwhile, you hear stunned silence and cautious excuses when china outright bans bitcoin and other nations take immeasurable efforts to actively oppress and destroy bitcoin infrastructures by strangling exchanges with open government interventions.

Yet appealing to your petulant habits of bitching at US is still an effective way to make you feel better as those with ulterior motives continue to string you along, while you are completely powerless to stop them - because you have little problem moaning and squealing about the 'ebil US' while not having the balls to stand up even vocally against other who couldn't give two shits about some spoiled sensitivities of pampered children.

May I remind you dumb fools that US has currently the largest market and business activities concerning crypto currency and has cautious examined crypto in order to consider how it may be presented to the mainstream financial markets, instead of throwing a bitch fit like china and start banning exchange deposits while spouting nonsense about 'foreign trick to drain china of capital'?

Being around the crypto scene should be about crypto - not about some half-baked pseudo intellectual circle jerk on 'standing up to the man' by those who fictitiously create an easy target for themselves while clearly lacking any initiative to act against those who would happily put you in your place should you misjudge your own capabilities.

The goal of communism is to centralize power for the big banks. Considering this is it not then reasonable to conclude that communists would conspire against a decentralized monetary system?

stop sniffing the lead paint, glue and other household items that poison your brain. banks in so called communist countries are saying they do not want to be directly linked to bitcoins and they (the centralized banks) should not hold or hoard bitcoins for the centralized banks own portfolio.

there is nothing stopping individual people doing as they please. but 'communist banks' are NOT hoarding hoards of bitcoins. 'communist banks' are NOT running server farms of mining asics

All i have seen about communist doing in the bitcoin world is banning it what makes it even more popular, back in 2013 i think it was more easy to control bitcoin via buying tons of it, but now i dont really think anyone can buy lets say a million coins (they wont worth 500 millions as the process of buying it will skyrocket the rest)

Actually Bitcoin could solve one of the key problems with communism. Bitcoin makes third party accounting very easy so with enough computer hardware a command economy plus Bitcoin may not be totally inefficient. Of course the incentive problem still exists and then there is the fact that all the professed communists I know are total idiots.

BTW just because some believes in social justice or the environment or taxation or that there is a role for Government in the society does not make them a communist. I am RWA and even I can see that. Rather communists believe in systems and tend to put systems above people. So they would say that Bitcoin is bad because people have control of there own wealth rather than some kind of superior system having control. They do not realise that planned systems can be inferior to self organised systems.

I can't wrap my head around people who call themselves socialists/communists and support bitcoin... That's the biggest oxymoron ever.

That wasn't my list. I've quoted :). BTW the entire EU(SSR) is the next big communist/leftist experiment. The original commies have failed, the national socialists have failed as well, the welfare state concept of the social democrats ended in bankrouptcy. Now they are mixing the organizational structure of the USSR (powerless parlament, unelected leadership) with the goals of national socialists (building a kind of Eurasian empire), by using the tools of the welfare state (breeding and keeping unedicated or brainwashed masses and third world immigrants at the cost of the middle class, and using them as a voting machine). As I see the US is on the same path as well.

I don't think, most of the people here know what communism means. Must comments in this thread are just disturbing. Seems like US-Propaganda did a good job.

Do yourself a favor and read up on what communism means. Don't simply type garbage. Communism is neither a dangerous thing nor is it a threat to your "freedom". It's only problem is that true communism can never be achieved in real life. What all these so-called communist countries are following a system of centralization,which focuses power in the hands of a few. True communism has the State controlling the resources of a community,however in real life,no state can run without an head,which is the problem. As for communism screwing over Bitcoin,the truth couldn't be further away. As noted in the comment above,these countries can barely figure out the internet.

As I spent my first twenty-some years in a communist country, I do not agree. Don't pretense yourself with fairy tales like "true communism". There are no such thing. Apart from some dreamers nobody promised a "true communism". Even Marx, Engels and Lenin believed in a kind of "practical communism". ...and certainly there was a "real life communism", and that was a dangerous thing, represented by some dangerous people and it definitely took our freedom and wealth away. I know that from my very own first hand experience :).

You didn't spend your "first twenty-some years in a communist country". You might have spend it in a country, that calls it self Communist.
There are also countries which call themselves Democratic, and have nothing to do with a democracy

Communism can censor any idea they don't like. If China or Russia doesn't like Bitcoins, then they can censor or ban it. Not really a conspiracy. But it's not like they can control it.

It will never get centralised. Even if it did still Bitcoin would just move to another block chain or move to uncentralised again. only people who are trying to centralise it are governments cos they want their greedy hands in it. Good ridden to governments. If they wast such a thing as your local government sticking their greedy hands in everything  the world would be a better place.

The US has the highest incarceration worldwide than any other nation.  And the US is the only country in the world that will give a death sentence to a child.  Other arguments aside, the ghetto argument is moot. 

China (the state, not the people) will NEVER like bitcoin while they have hopes for their currency to become the worlds reserve currency. The US will go all in once it's apparent that they're going to lose their status as the worlds reserve currency.

Us should go all in now. China is holding 4 trillion in Dollar bonds, the US adopts Bitcoin and leaves the Dollar to become obsolete then they are 4t up. But with BTC they would not be able to do that again so party would be well and truly over.

Bolivia just banned bitcoin and they are communists, all countries against bitcoin are ideologically communists: China, Russia etc.

Interesting thought.  My hunch would be Russia might just become as bitcoin unfriendly as china given that they are so married at the hip on a variety of other issue(s).  Just an opinion.
