I just wanna know if i can put one BFL Single 60Gh and 2x R9 280x in 1000W PSU.

I'd say yes but I'm not 100% sure what the power specs are  the GPUs would take around 250 each non over clocked lower then voltage and get them down to a safe 200w and the attach the bfl rig should be pretty safe but make sure there's enough amps on the rails in the PSU to supply them safely also I'd but a watt o mater to make sure you inside the limits

IMO yes. Single uses ~300W, R9 280x ~250W each, so you should make it. The only thing is a PSU can rarely support max output, especially in the long run, so you should have a margin here. Right now it's ~200W so don't push it more :)
