Either way something is fishy, I would say that it's a bit too soon to definitively call scam, but I can see how it is looking that way. Maybe this needs a member on the trusted list to leave negative trust as a warning to users until the matter is resolved, if it ever is. Just watch out to see who is next dice site that will run with money. Wait until they have good rep for a long time (like a year) before putting much btc in.
