This is honestly the kind of video I'd like to see more of.  Incredibly pragmatic and down to earth.  Realistic in expectations and approach.  No talk of revolutionary paradigm shifts and other such crazy hype.  Just something a little more genuine that reflects the realities we actually have to deal with.  I hope more people watch this one.

I fear some of the more vocal proponents of Bitcoin are starting to sound a little bit delusional to the wider public, which can easily start having a negative impact to our reputation if we're not careful.  This video, on the other hand, sounds perfectly reasonable and logical.

~Don't worry, we can fit this thing into the status quo which you all love so much!~

I'm not quite following your meaning there.  If I gave the impression that I'm one of those people who think we should bend over for regulators and the current banking system, I should probably make it clear that I'm not.  I believe Bitcoin should do it's own thing, but I just think the community could tone it down a notch with the whole "this is the end of fiat" and "to the moon" stuff and generally just be a little more grounded in reality.  I've seen discussions on forums elsewhere on the net where people have written Bitcoin off because they got the impression it was some sort of manic cult and it's followers are overzealous to the point where people won't take them seriously anymore. This video was a refreshing change of pace from all that overtly sensationalist talk we normally hear.
