My PS3 hasnt shipped yet. No response to my PM or text messages so far.

Nothing here either.  Yesterday I received two weird small transactions from him though in the amounts of .001 and .02.

Maybe he never used the wallet before and was testing how to send coins.

It has passed 2/7/2012, and still no sight of return coins.

Not sure if they are related but i got a hit for Albert Heinzmann in Souderton PA with a relation to a Erich Heinzmann. Souderton is the location listed on the facebook page.

The name and address associated with the phone number can be purchased for 99 cents. I have used intellius before they are legit. I believe they also provide birth dates previous addresses and names of known relatives if the information is on file. For 99 cents i would buy it but i dont have a credit card. No charge if they fail to provide any information. Somebody here should do it.

The 13 BTC (w/ 1.5 BTC interest; assuming tomato ended up sending it to him or not).

And the PS3 BTC guy bought off him ($150 asking price; discount if payment in BTC; BTC guy didn't mention how many BTC he sent for it).

Seems to be about it that I can see from his post history assuming there weren't other loans made through PM.

Edit: Correction with lenders and amounts - I added an extra one in and fixed amount after checking the number from other post.

I have a better idea. Take all his loans and package them into the "Pimple Kid High-Yield Investment Fund" - I bet Goldman could auction off shares in no time! And when they go sour, Bernanke will just print the money to cover your @$$.

He got me for 17 coins. He earned my coins. I know better but i really wanted that ps3 and didnt do my homework.

Normally its a straight $5 charge but if you try their identity protection service free for 7 days you get it for dirt cheap. That's actually a great way of hunting down the scammers on this forum.I support this idea so I know who to trade with and loan money to who won't scam me or default(although I like to charge a really high interest rate on scammers/low rep to discourage scamming like behaviour)?

Charging a 1000+% interest on a scammer won't make him to pay your principle and interest back anytime lol

This makes no sense. Legitimate users are generally not willing to pay high interest rates, but scammers always are, since they don't intend to return the funds.

Ok.It was just an idea I had.Thanks to the feedback guys,I'm willing to drop that idea as it seems to cause more pain for good users than the scammers.I think a deposit for collatoral would make more sense though. This is why I come here.I share a possible way to tackle problems and I get feedback that is helpful and lets me understand the wider impact of what I want to do. I do tend to charge an interst rate based on rep generally (but not the really high rate idea I proposed earlier as that seems unfair now).Higher rep=lower interest rates due to confidence on getting repaid.This is also based on how much is borrowed as well so both factors are taken into account with my interest rates.
