Title: Re: [Daily Speculation Poll] :: 1420 mins till end of day Post by: naima53 on February 04, 2012, 05:32:22 PM This uses midnight GMT? whoever made this spike on Friday - did a stupid thing. Before the weekend could not hope for a "chain reaction". He probably understood this and sold with a small profit. But those who have large sums of money, they "are always two sides." It does not matter where the price goes, what matters is where it is easier to move ... In any case, it would not be at the weekend, I think.I think this player hopes for cross daily moving average chart. But it is now a far cry from what it was last year. Compare the chart below. plz vote! Title: Re: [Daily Speculation Poll] :: 1420 mins till end of day Post by: Spekulatius on February 26, 2012, 11:31:44 PM Hey Adam,
I just voted 30 mins before the day ends, the closer one gets to the end of the day the more distorted the results of the poll become because ppl that vote late have a better estimation of where the price will be then ppl that vote in the beginning of the day. U can therefore not compare early with late votes in terms of predictive value. Wouldnt u agree, that a poll asking for the outcome of NEXT DAYS closing price, would be much more predictive? Then, of course, it would have to be closed the day before the closing price is actually created. Cheers, Spek |
