Title: running a gridseed blade one blade runs low.
Post by: philipma1957 on May 25, 2014, 07:03:11 PM
one blade runs low 1.7mh the other runs at 2.5mhz

I have used various psu's

I know it is not a lack of power

I use cpuminer freq 850 or freq 800   both show the one blade lower then the other.

Seems like some asics are not firing on the one blade.

does this mean rma?   should I do other mining software.

same issue occurs at wemineltc.com

I seem to be getting a better result with freq 700 and running ½ on wemineltc and one half on cex.io

this way I AM GETTING  1.8mh and 2.4mh  still too low    but closer to normal also dropped watts to 75  vs 91 when the two were at freq 850

at 75 watts for 4.2mh  i am pretty happy.  I will post on this in the morning as I am tired tonight.

to mods if this should be an edit to above post please merge.  it is a different day but not 24 hours.   thanks phil

dude, return this one as long as you are in the 30 Day Warranty Period. looks like the Blade is not running properly.
it should deliver out of the Box 5.2 without tweaking.
