I am a trusted buyer with multiple transactions (If you look at my profile "Trust" section, you can see multiple reviews). I'd prefer someone who has the same ranking as me (Full Member) or higher with a positive trust review also. If not, I would like the seller to send first. If escrow is desired, any fees will be delegated to the seller.
