How to add a fee to a transfer for Bitcoin Core 0.9.1

i havn't used bitcoin for a while and i just updated to the most recent one which is 0.9.1 and I cant find the fee settings anywhere.

so i thought i would press send first then it maybe will ask if i want to include a fee but it didn't!

now the transaction is stuck on 0 confirms! i am sending out 10+ btc to mintpal. help.

In 0.9.1. to add a fee to your transaction on top of other fees
You should look in Settings then Options and under wallet should be an option to change your min txt fee
As for the sent transaction you need to wait for the blockchain to confirm it
Since its above minimum by a fair bit the transaction should process fairly quickly
If it has a timer aka a bitstamp you need to send an email to them

after half a day it finally went through.



You should look in Settings then Options and under wallet should be an option to change your min txt fee


thanks, now i know where to set the fees.
