I think the minimum I'd do at the moment is $200 and of course I'm open to use an escrow if you don't feel safe. Can't imagine going to the WU office 20 times for collecting small amounts. :D

I don't think he is going to deal with you because on Post 3 he already reject a deal which was better then you

3 days have happened since then.  The exchange rate has changed, I'm a highly trusted buyer, and the seller might be in a bit more of a hurry by now.

If he's not interested he can tell me, but it doesn't hurt to make the offer.
