What's interesting is that was a clean email, so I'm unsure how the phishing emails actually acquired the email.

Pretend to be from blockchain :) Check guys whether you use the VPN added in your browser or computer when you attempted to login to your wallet and they if you prevent yourself you to login with the exact URL instead of surfing about in Google results. You will be able to get the more security with the two factor authentication in your transaction only also enough to secure your wallet from hackers. No need to do the big effort from you by going with antivirus or more.
