Title: Where should I look for information about mtgox claims procedure? Post by: Mr. Flibble on May 27, 2014, 09:13:28 AM I'm sure I'm not the only one here who wants to know how to make a claim in the mtgox bankruptcy. The notices posted on mtgox are indecipherable. Is there a thread about this somewhere with tips on how to claim?

The notices posted on the website are actually quite clear: the exact procedure to file claims has yet to be defined, and it will be published there as soon as it's ready. I received something via airmail from the tokyo district court, its actually a print of what is on they're website as well. Any action I should tai now? I don't want to miss out any deadlines. |
