Most people won't use a Jr. Member's signature. It's simply not as noticeable as Member and up.

When you say "accept  low offer " you must define how low..! as you know 1 btc is further divided into 100000000 satoshis ..! but as already mentioned not so easy to sell your sig. space as Jr. or Newbie here.

4 week offer. Pay is per week, not per post. I will pay 500 Dogecoin per week. Minimum 10 constructive posts per week.

Newbies and Jr can not get BTC for signature? Am I right?

Of course they can, but almost all signatures campaigns pay only from at least Member status, but you might find individual person to pay you for putting signature in your sig. space. But I would suggest OP to just get Member status, It will not take you long to do so. And you will get payed much much more than being a Jr. Member.

Newbies and Jr members can join the scratchticket program if they have 25 activity, but the pay rate is very low...
