Kindly, Muhammed Zakhir Collateral is something that you give to the loaner, something that is equal or more to the value of the loan. If you default the loan, then the loaner can sell the collateral to recoup losses. This means that the collateral must be easily sold. You won't get a loan without collateral unless you have a good reputation and trust. |
