So another coin gets released without any real innovation, bad logo, bad English and anonymity 10 days afer PoW.

10 days is about the right time to mine it, strip the coins from the pools, blame the miners and the pools for the problem, don't pay yhe miners for their mining time, push up the price, dump all the mined & pre-mined and then close the project and walk away from it to build another coin before any anonymity is even looked at, never mind written and implemented.

Have anonymity at launch time fully implemented, no pre-mine, total openness on the devs, who they are, background checks before release,  protection from unfair mining pools and you may get another 2 people interested in this.

and.. how much the coder/dev cost you?

Ah I see, they have to also build the "darkvootmarket".. For some reason was under the impression it already existed and this coin would simply be implemented in it. A coin owner that start his coin as newbie is s...!!! I've launch my own coin Citizencoin with my original account, no need to hide anything, community knows that i have other things then my own coin, but i believe that is much better then a newbie account, because a lot of sh.. launches has happened by newbies, a lot of scams, etc. Not saying that everybody is scam when it is a newbie, but still, there are a big amount of people.

My hashrate is all over the place at suprnova!? I have 40MH rig side, and crashing down to 7MH pool side.

My rigs are running fine @ 500MH/s stable .. must be a rig problem

Rejects low, not going to Failover. Rigs are in a DC so I know it's not an internet problem.

Did some source code compares.  This is yet another fork off the same source tree that libertycoin, dreamcoin and blackcatcoin used.  Only the minimum amount of changes needed to generate a unique coin were detected.  Is there some kind of generator program that coin devs are using nowadays?

For those that don't know how to add a conf file to a mac wallet.

Go to Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder... -> type "~/Library/Application Support/" press enter and look for Vootcoin.
Create a txt file and paste the addnodes into it and save it to that folder with the name vootcoin.conf.
Reopen your wallet and you should be good to go.

The coin is being launched without even the design for the anonymity, yet it's claimed the anonymity is in beta stage!

The devs say they'll keep it closed source, and it won't come out for anyone to see for another 3-4 weeks. That means nobody will be able to verify if there has been any work done at all until well after any price will have peeked and the devs can have run off with the money.

The coin is simply a clone made using a coin generator.

If these were real developers they would not have used a coin generator! And they would have either a working coin or something good to show us.

If youre on windows, just download the blackcatcoin, libertycoin and vootcoin sources from github, then use the free program WinMerge to get difference counts on the 'src' directories. You can then easily look at the differences in each changed file.  Most differences in this case are just the name text search&replace.  The rest are the various coin parameter constants.  Also, when checking for trojans that might be placed in the source, it's a good idea to compare all the files used when building the daemon at least.  

It seems that all the recent x11/x13 coins I've checked like this are clones.  It's a BIG stretch to say, but maybe they are using the clone as a base to bootstrap their coin while adding off-chain features to their closed clients. Makes sense to build off a working example.

Even if everything you claimed was true, closed-source anonymity is useless! If nobody can verify what it's doing, then nobody can possibly trust that it's properly anonymous!
Closed-source anonymity is as pointless as closed source digital currency - the whole point of digital currency is it can be validated by others, therefore it can be trusted.

I looked at those troll posts they are involved in coins promising anonymous wallet for the past 1-2 months now. I think the idea of a place to use untraceable coins is very brilliant not like other coins that people are holding in hope that it will go up in value overnight without any real world usage.

You'd have to be crazy to run fresh coin binaries, espeically if there's no gitian group build, so looking inside a compiled QT wallet doesn't seem to be a good use of time. If a coin doesnt have source that compiles easily it should just be skipped.
I like to check the sources ever since the dafuq coin debacle, but lately I noticed these clones that don't have any changes to the blockchain or protocol.  All features are off-chain and in closed wallets.  To my limited mind, it seems to be a really bad idea for security overall.

If it will be so easy to decompile why would it be closed source in the first place? A closed source wallet means at any time the devs can execute any code on anyone's machine including taking all their coins. The whole point of cryptocurrency is it's open source so it can be trusted! You know this as well as I do, and hopefully everyone else.

Those are multipools. A new coin should not be listed on an exchange early, since multipools can calculate the profitability of the coin and will mine it, and as you know multipool dumping will happen soon.

Oh my god so many idiots here.

This is whats happening: 1 person says the dev dumped his premine. EVERYONE follows that person and dumping is initiated.

HOWEVER: The dev is probably just sleeping atm (after all, its early in the US) so he will not reply here. You guys just keep dumping, dev wakes up, shows his address, and everyone starts buying again because it's all good.

Now, of course its possible that he DID dump the premine. But that volume and dumping could easily be from early miners going for quick profit. There is no need to spam stupid accusations until the dev is here.

Would you stop screaming? The premine is 2 mil. The volume on bittrex is 1 mil, thats only 50% of the premine and that is only if the full premine was the volume on bittrex. Now, why should the dev dump his premine immediately when the hashrate is so big and the interest is huge? This all does not make sense to me.

Agree dev should post pre-mine addy, but there is no evidence he dumped.  We all know damn well most of the network is FPGA, and many miners were mining the past day knowing that if they can dump as soon as it hits an exchange they will make a tidy profit.  They never intended to hold the coins long.

In any event, if he did dump, I have to say scam devs sure are getting lazy these days.  You'd think he would use that timer to build up some tension for 8 days.

Guys it´s obviously that this coin is a pure scam. The fact that the dev was online some minutes ago and did not tell the premine address is simple: he already began to sell chunks of it. Another fact is the countdown for the "anonymizer". We will never see this anonymizer, because the dev isn´t even able to develup such a thing. The countdown is used to push up the price in the last hours, so the dev can sell the remaining coins of the premine. He will now have 8 days to sell his whole premine - that´s the reason for the countdown. Don´t get fooled guys, there are much better coins out there.

I keep it simple, took a risk with the ROM IPO and made 1200% profit.
