These page has a bug and i want to contact the webmaster to fix it.

9355 Mail got exposed. Im a white hat, so dont worry, I dont will use that DB to spam. I just whant to help to make these a better and safe forum.

Can you give me a mail to explain the bug?, or give me a username to send a PM.

but since you only managed to get 9355 emails, out of 321264 members, I'm guessing you iterated through the member list and scraped any emails. if that's the case, it's not really an exploit because the members chose to expose their emails.

"Hide email address from public?" should be selected by default on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;sa=account


This has been the case since 2009...

I left the admin account set to the original SMF theme so if I somehow completely wedge the custom theme I can still get in to fix it.

I've got a neat little 12x12 coin image to replace those pip stars with.  Should look nice.  Also some nice button images to try.

The registration page has "hide your e-mail address" unchecked by default.  I must fix that in php before we can open up.

The Announcements forum is currently moderator access only.

No need to contact him. Unless OP has found an actual bug, this is not something new.
