It also won't matter how much interest you're offering, and here's why: Without collateral, the higher the interest payback you're offering, the lower the likelihood that you'll pay it back. The lower the interest rate offered, then lenders won't think it's worth it to loan you btc without collateral.
Either way, collateral is everything. If you can't provide ANY collateral, don't ask for the loan.
