I can do this if you have collateral

@OP: Do you have any altcoin collateral that could be used? If so, I would be able to offer you this loan at a lower interest rate.

Sadly, I have no altcoins, or else I would have gotten rid of them first. I know most people want collateral, but I figured I'd ask.

Really no chance without having collateral. How are you even going to pay it back?

But that's no guarantee you'll pay.
You should go to FastLoan or Jonald and see if they'll give it to you.

Why can't you use your money from your job? Don't forget, this isn't the 'investment' section, donation, and, this forum isn't really known for begging.

Well it was worth asking

It doesn't matter too much what you need it for, it's now pretty rare to get loans without collateral. It also won't matter how much interest you're offering, and here's why: Without collateral, the higher the interest payback you're offering, the lower the likelihood that you'll pay it back. The lower the interest rate offered, then lenders won't think it's worth it to loan you btc without collateral.

Either way, collateral is everything. If you can't provide ANY collateral, don't ask for the loan.

.1BTC is equivalent to $57 USD right now. What would you have told the lender if you couldn't pay them back?

Not to put too fine a point on it, but you actually ARE a bum begging for money.  Not sure what else you would call it?  I mean how bad off do you have to be to come on here and beg strangers for 60 bucks?

I echo what everyone else has said about collateral. If you are really so hard up for money, you can sell your soul for a gambling sig program...

I'm bad enough to ask strangers :( What more do you want me to say?

Thanks for the kick while I'm down though...

Without collateral, do you realize anyone can make up any story? Talk is cheap. How do I know you really have a job? I don't. Even if you do, what is to guarantee that you'll actually pay it back? NOTHING.

Thank you for your response. For some reason I thought it was different because its me asking for the loan. What is that old saying "We judge others by their actions, and ourselves by our intentions?"

You're right, I can't really offer anyone a guarantee.

That saying really doesn't apply to the internet.  Plus, what actions have you done to make you more trustworthy? ::)

He won't get a loan without collateral.  He's just wasting his own time.

He's also tried to get previous loans, from FastLoan I think. Then it was only .03BTC, now it's .1BTC. And he claims to have lost his Bitcoins. Doesn't smell shady. ::) And he has a intense gambling habit.

I NEVER said I lost my bitcoins, at least not in the fashion your implying.

Here's what I said :

Quote
So I just lost all my btc saving (1.6 btc) by gambling, in about a half hour. I lost just a little bit, and of course I gambled a little more trying to make it back. I lost even more, so I started putting even more to try to make up. Eventually I found myself down to .4, and I put it all down, and thought maybe I would double my money, and just stop at .8.

Well I lost that too, so now I am completely broke. I feel like such a schmuck. I honestly don't feel that I have a problem with gambling (probably have maybe 3-4 hours of online gambling experience under my belt) and one trip to Atlantic City, where I spent 50 bucks (which was "fun money" that I already figured was spent). I've never done anything so foolish before!

Now I'm flat broke. Like I have 5 dollars in my wallet, and that is it.

I don't really know where I'm going with this, I just feel like a jackass Sad

I never once said I lost them, like I got ripped off or something.

That's not what I'm implying. I'm implying that you 'lost them' exactly how I worded the phrase. Lost.
