Hearing that China has labeled heavy internet usage or internet addiction as a mental condition and clinical disorder and as a result a big threat to society. I was surprised to hear of an internet boot camp and the extreme therapy methods there are over 400 of these camps exist. Video included so should the Kids be the one who are blamed or the parents and if it were you how would you react to the lack of access to gadgets or technological devices. Are they being victimized by the society you decide.
