Title: Bitcoin application changed my address on its own Post by: kuba_10 on April 23, 2011, 09:13:49 AM Recently I requested payment from my mining pool. The payment has been sent, but it didn't arrive at my wallet. During my investigation, I noticed my Bitcoin address changed without my request. How come that could happen? Is it connected with my recent change of method of connecting to the Net from Wi-Fi to cable (IP address remains the same, only the way I connect my PC to the router changed). How can I prevent this situation from happening again in the future?
