There is one or 2 shope downtown now that I know take bitcoin for electronic equipment. I believe it can grow to much more numbers throughout india as many people use mobile phone here. mobile market is on the large scale. Most people in my country as myself cant afford to much coin anyway. now $1USD of bitcoin in mycountry worth 59 Rupee so 0.001595BTC = about 59 rupee. very expensive. are there any minimum order you must make on most exchange? also what exchange can work with india bank?

tahnk you I appreciate this community support

You can try localbitcoins (https://localbitcoins.com/) to find a suitable trade.
You can also check Marketplace (India) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=122.0) and Currency exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0). :)

I`m sure there is people on localbitcoins that can change local rupee for you.

Its based on your local location, unless you are trying to get USD or some other currency.

I wouldnt try an exchange only because, people been missing deposits sometimes as you hear from btc-e and other exchanges lack integrity.

You mentioned a couple of local shops that accept bitcoin. Maybe they'd be interested in selling you some?

What is the minimum amount to trade?
Our minimum amount is 0.1 BTC per trade.

From the tone of OP, I believe that minimum is a bit too high for him. :)

Or just go to the India Marketplace section and offer the trade
Some guys on this forum like escrow.ms who are regular two way traders
