That makes you USA web hosting company, not Indian. Stop misleading your customers!
And I have no desire to have web hosting with servers in USA - because of NSA espionage :

We are a indian company having server housed in softlayer data center on of the worlds best data center in USA to provide excellent update and reliably to our customer
This is most positive point of our company having server in USA in top data center and this guy dont know anything about hosting business and making misleading comment for us. According to him server should be in India to be indian company.

My friend in web hosting business company location is not important. Customer support , service , server uptime and reliability is important.
Having server housed in worlds best data center is honer.
