Even if your signatures are not so visible, and you can not add links, I think the campaign can be a real success.

We will then view your post count and start your count.

Wow If this is legit, very nice campaign. Newbies and Jr. Members will be satisfied with this campaign. The signatures doesn't even have links which you could click, Is this Is your site that you are promoting? If this Is real Newbies/beginners to bitcoin will be so happy making decent amount of bitcoins. Just realized it's a ponzi scheme. They usually don't stick around long. I advise caution.

The thing that will limit them is they can only post once every 6 minutes or so.

Yeah, not sure it's a good idea really. I mean, I hope it works out well but you'll need to make sure people aren't posting rubbish. Is there a max number of users? If not, you might want to implement one because you're going to get inundated and could go over budget pretty fast. People are also just going to create new accounts to join this and if they get banned or whatever, just create a new one and re-enrol.

I haven't checked it (on my phone) but if it is a ponzi I'd advise caution. Most ponzis have no intention of sticking around for the longrun and just get what they can and then run, so you guys might be just giving them free advertising for a week for one last push before they dissapear. Hope this doesn't happen and you get paid, but just be warned.

As the Newbies >16 activity have 360 seconds limit per post I'm sure you'll be in budget If 0.00003 per post for 100 post you get 0.003 BTC the rates aren't the greatest but that's why It is for newbies , because only newbie could be interested in this. Cap the number of people/posts so you can calculate it. Or don't pay per post and give x amount for x amount of posts for x amount of users and you'll know exactly how much to budget for then.

Yep, this is precisely why signatures were changed to so that for newbs they couldn't have links. It's going to be another useless spam-fest filled with poor grammar and illogical statements that add no value whatsoever. Just a note to anyone considering joining this - there have been signature advertising scams before (and it's more likely for ponzis) so be warned that you may not be paid.

All 4 accounts joined the signature program in 12 minutes.
All 4 accounts made posts on May 31, and then went inactive, until today.
All 4 accounts made posts in Chinese section only.

It's not against the forum rules to have alt accounts but it is against certain deals to have more than one per user, but why do you need to sign up several accounts to this anyway? One would be enough, but I'm sceptical you'll get paid anything anyway.

On a serious note... as he is running a weekly campaign... escrow may not be a requirement. Just the OP should be careful about newbie alt accounts, though that is not a big problem here as the total no. of post wont differ much with one account or multiple accounts with 360 seconds delay.

There are probably a few people who would do this for free. Just make sure they're legit and tell us who you're using before you send the funds.

To combat people creating new accounts and signing up make it so their registered date must be before the date this campaign started. That will stop this issue.

To be completely honest it doesn't look good when you advertise a ponzi. Read my post above for other ways to earn Bitcoin for your signature while on the member level.

This is not a scam , or atleast I don't see any reason for it to be one.
I first thought the prices were 0.0003 and 0.0004 BTC , but upon closer inspection , it is one order of magnitude less.

To put it into perspective , 40 posts by a Newbie (or 30 by a Jr. Member) on this campaign earns the same amount as one post by a Hero member on the PrimeDice campaign.
A Jr. Member will get 10x the payment per post once they switch to PD when they reach member status

Here is a small list for comparison

It's probably a scam or people should treat it like one until he puts money in escrow and/or pays out. And I think those were the original rates until he vastly lowered them (though I could be wrong).

Ponzis are unreliable. Why is it that people think a signature campaign for a Ponzi is? A guy is promoting his Ponzi, and he's using your posts or your vulnerabilities to feed people into his Ponzi. What work will the mods have to do? They don't moderate or deal with scams. They won't even lock the thread if it turns out to be one. The community policies itself really. People shouldn't have even signed up to this without escrow though but I guess newbs have to learn the hard way.

Unless I'm missing something here, why did you pay out 0.0199 and 0.01928 to each user when they only made 10 and 13 posts each?

Nice to hear that there is a real signature campaign for newbies and jr members. BTW is the newbie signature must not have any functional link in it? 2 cents per pot is not very low for newbie. There is a lot of offers on the net to be paid for posting, but they pay about 5-10 cents per post for something you really dont care.

When you are a newbie you can increase your post count to sign for a big player in the sig campaign later on and you are having fun posting in the bitcointalk forum instead of posting somewhere else on a subject you don't like

I would be careful enrolling in a sign campaign from a newbie though but the members who enrol probably think they are not risking anything except their time

All of the campaigns require constructive posts. This can deter spams as OP don't count non counstructive post. If there are no signature campaigns, I don't think people would be very motivated to post constructive post here.

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned by the operator.

Not sure it was a scam (it's hard to tell), it may have just ended when allcools ponzi didn't work out.  Still, you'd expect him to notify his advertizers.  Anyway, it may have been a scam all along, there was never any escrow chosen and the few folks who got paid (being newbie accounts) may very well have been his own accounts.  Who knows?
