They have a real world address on their homepage.
Maybe someone in that area could go check them out.

I confirm that we've sold a lot of SP10s to BitGuy.com owner.

IDK - I would rather use a more trusted service such as CEX.io or PBmining (I prefer the first one).  I've never heard of this site until today o.O

From the post by Spondoolies-Tech, we at least know the site does have some ASICs (unlike PBmining :P).

But I personally prefer to buy bitcoin directly over buying ASICs or mining contracts. :)

Do the prices include electricity?

Do the prices include electricity?

I believe the prices include all maintenance costs and electricity costs, as I can find the following lines on the site.

Quote
BitGuy - Bitcoin Cloud Mining Made Easy!

Ask yourself theses few questions:

Have you ever wanted an easy, hands-free, cost-effective system to mine bitcoins, but have struggled to find the way?
Does the thought of shelling out thousands of dollars for bitcoin mining equipment that may arrive late, if ever, make your stomach turn?
Are you frustrated by the additional costs associated with mining bitcoins like high electricity bills, maintenance costs, astonomical datacenter fees, and/or the dreaded 20% VAT Tax paid by our European friends?

If you said "yes" to any of these questions, we know exactly how you feel. There is nothing more annoying than putting your best foot forward and not succeeding because of the nightmarish variables involved with bitcoin mining.

Here at BitGuy, we sell annual bitcoin cloud mining contracts for a reasonable one-time fee.  That way your mining costs are fixed.

If you'd realy want to rent some GHs why don't you try https://cex.io (http://bit.ly/1jALRQI)? You can sell the GHs after all, here you can't do this.

Much on the internet is unreliable or plain wrong

The good thing about cex is that you can day-trade the hashrate.
The bad thing is the high price and the terribly high maintenance fee ($0.26 per GHs per month).

in my opinion that website looks promising but the pack of GHS that available is too risky

Like pbmining, I am suspicious of anyone that rents out their mining equipment for less than they could make by mining with it. It doesn't make sense.

If you had mining equipment that could mine 15 BTC, would you rent it for 13 BTC? Plus maintain it and pay for the electricity and cooling?

Exactly.

For all cloudmining sites, you should expect to pay more than the hashrate can bring you for 2 reasons.
First, the hashrate seller need to get profits from the sale.
Also, the hashrate seller need to get paid for all maintenance works.

I'd love to find a viable alternative to cex.io that dosen't fee me to death. Lets hope this is legit.
