Title: $10,000 for information $50,000 for conviction. OgNasty
Post by: El Cabron on June 03, 2014, 06:39:25 PM
$10,000 for information $50,000 for conviction (jail time even one day). OgNasty

Clearly this scammer must go. $10,000 for his info. But $50,000 when he is jailed for his crimes.

If you have legit info we can do escrow.

Let us all make BTC safe from scammers!

Seems these guys have had a run in and its recently been brought up again at the scam accusation against goat over at the scam accusation where goat is defending himself against a lawyer. but ognasty posted on the thread and seems history has been brought up yet again.

That's a good summary except that the "run in" was just me alerting others about his scam.  Goat is accusing me of being a scammer for the purpose of trolling and posting a fake bounty, which should be enough to earn him a ban for a while.   ;D

EDIT: GOAT I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN PROVE WHO I AM.  I HAVE OFFERED TO COLLECT THE BOUNTY.  CONVICTION IS NOT POSSIBLE, BUT I WILL HAPPILY SHOW MY ID AND SIGN MY BITCOIN ADDRESS IN FRONT OF YOU..

$50,000 in cash but this might be taken. An investor is working with the Americans and it is only a one person pay out thing.

You basically said you'll pay a large sum of money to hunt him down and now he says he'll sit down with you for free.  To which you add additional qualifications?

Sounds like you're in it for the drama, otherwise take it off the forums and meet the guy face to face.

EDIT: I see now that Goat is opposed to the charity boxing match because I intended to use the $50,000 to donate goats for feeding hungry people in impoverished nations.  Perhaps if we agreed on a charity?

Below is my post that made Goat so angry and caused him to offer this fake bounty, for those wanting to know the saga behind this thread.

This is like the 4th goat related post I've seen scanning through the unread posts, who is this guy? I mean if he did something this heinous, wouldn't he have been banned from the forums by now? I don't know the full story so excuse me, I have no idea what's going on, but I don't usually make informed decisions until I know all the facts.

He was banned.  Not sure why they let him back...

Basically the short version of the story is this.  Goat made up several businesses to raise a ton of BTC from duped investors.  Some of those businesses include a nonexistent arbitrage bot, a mining company that had no mining equipment, and a rice patty field in a 3rd world country (I missed a few but these were the most outrageous)...  He then took all the raised BTC and dumped it into a ponzi scheme.  He made a small fortune from this, and then when the ponzi collapsed, all of his businesses suddenly stopped and investors ate the loss.  He then tried to stir up as much trouble as he could, to try and make it look like the exchange did something wrong.  He is still trying to pin this blame on the exchange even after others were able to migrate with no issues whatsoever.  No matter that he was selling investments that did not exist...  Falsely issuing securities of nonexistent companies to divert investor funds into a ponzi scheme for his own gain while leaving them all the risk.  That is Goat.

TL;DR

1. Raise Bitcoin from investors pretending to offer multiple safe investments.
2. Invest everything in the riskiest thing possible.
3. Keep all the dividends from risky investment.
4. When investment goes bad, say businesses fail and blame the exchange.
5. Buy a Bugatti  ???

im not a lawyer, but if the informaiton is untrue, it could be
considered libel and I believe in most jurisdictions it is a civil wrong, not a crime.

Goat would have to prove what you're saying is untrue, caused harm,
and was made without adequate research, and then file a claim
in the proper jurisdiction.

When scam accusations have been leveled against you, the easiest thing to do is to deflect blame, and then level scam accusations against someone else. ;)

It seems that some guys scamming not only on this forum are going to have hard time as BTC becomes legal tender in their countries.

It all starts as sweet plan to get some BTC very easily and can end up by serious years in prison few years later. Once again Ouch :D

If Goat ever set foot in the US again he'd be arrested and would be in court right next to Trendon Shavers.

Nothing else to see here.

Move along.

Goat scammed a user out of 3740 BTC: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=622250.480

Told user he would pay 10k Bounty and didn't (This thread)

User is a POS who invested funds into the largest BTC ponzi ever (Pirate) and than instead of paying back investors what he could, he bought himself a lamborghini and started showing off his BTC wallets. He also abuses the trust network sending negatives to everyone (which always show up as trustworthy feedback since he is a "VIP" member).

Basically hes a POS scammer
