I could not really find any website associated with NexGen FMPL. Any links regarding what they are and what they have done? Just interested to know!

Assuming NexgenFMPL is short for Nexgen Facility Management Private Limited

I did a google search and found nothing. Did a search on Ministry Of Corporate Affairs and found the below.
Its an unlisted company by AMIT BHARDWAJ and MAHENDER KUMAR (Directors).
Capital: One Lakh Rupees.
Checkout the Directors and their creation dates in MCA website.
Those who want may pay the INR 100 fee and check their financial statements from MCA.

Oh ok ok. Its a 7 year old company. Thats good. As we see "Amit" as one of the directors, it most probably be Nexgen Facility Management Private Limited.
This would become the first acquisition in the history of India Bitcoin then ! (or were there any before this that have not come to light?)

Just to be sure, Amit Kumar is different from Amit Bharadwaj right? I would be disappointed to know his full name is Amit Kumar Bharadwaj some day haha

No just to clarify. Its the same. I go by Amit Kumar as a name, my documents contain Amit Bhardwaj, so I cant Change that much.

Its an old company running through from last 7 years. And Yes there are lot of big news coming up soon from the company. We are just holding on getting all pieces in place.

More details about the whole management structure will be posted in due time.

We cannot say it as a 7yr old company. Its a company registered 7 years ago.
CAs sell Shell companies, I'm not saying this is such a kind of.
My friend started(registered) a company some years back and doing nothing. Now he is looking to start operations and inviting some good project to join him.

Direct Amit Bharadwaj can't be Amit Kumar Bharadwaj since MCA need the original full name.
or
Amit Kumar can possibly an employee or pet name or from Amit Bharadwaj and Mahender Kumar. "Thick Friends"
After all, all are speculations, hope Amit will come to explain or just spend INR 100 and take the financial statement from MCA online, if any one is so curious.

I did not get one simple point here. Amit Kumar/Amit Bharadwaj is the owner of Highkart. He is also the director of NexGen FMPL. Then why did he takeover his own company with another ? ???

 ;D, Just ignore it. Technically Speaking they are right, both are two entities even if the persons behind it are same. Let them do the business. After all, their services matters not what company they are.

This is an acquisition, this kind of stuff happens when companies are taken over by bigger organisations.. nothing to really worry about unless their responsiveness goes down on BCT, methinks! :D

What i meant is, when companies acquire other companies they do tend to merge their own entities for better control over the day-to-day activities. There is no cause for concern unless Amit stops responding / goes AWOL on Bitcointalk. He has always been very active on these forums.

Here there were no concerns  :o. The matter discussed was different.
