We're definitely in the panic phase but I'm not quite sure that we've reached capitulation yet.
To zby I must say that comparing this to Autumn makes no sense to me. The so called bad news that we've recently experienced are not nearly as significant this time around, not yet at least. Price movement is not purely technical, many follow what is going on in the Bitcoin world. Currently there are reasons to be optimistic about Bitcoin's current state, I talked about that in the thread called "Meanwhile...".
