My boss purchased the software for our work, we in-house finance people. We use the information to cross check apps for fraud, people lie on apps all the time. Tell them you never lived there and have been part of identity theft. Police will prob go to the door knock on it and ask them if they are "insert your name" or if you are there. When they can not comply or explain they will be arrested for identity theft and possible wire fraud. I would do a credit check on yourself ASAP to open a Utility they have your SS#. That means they can open Credit cards, loans and other type of things all online.
