Invoice shows as being unpaid yet coins were transferred to bit-pay.com. Anyone had any luck contacting bit-pay? It was only just over 1 bitcoin but still annoying.

Didn't want to give them any more money trying all 3 options (0870 is a premium rate number).
Bit-pay, their payment processor, got in touch with me to say they're looking into it. I requested they halt payments to this company. Unfortunately they're not able to refund me because they pass the payment on almost immediately. Title: Re: bitcoinvps.net Contact? Post by: Steve on March 03, 2012, 01:33:22 PM We've still been unable to reach anyone from bitcoinvps. We have stopped processing payouts on their account until it can be cleared up. It's an odd situation for sure. I can't imagine there was an intention to scam people and they didn't have a huge amount of orders. It makes me wonder if something happened to the owner of the service.
