I'm planning to buy a couple of silver bars, I found these on ebay but the price is way below APMEX or any other exchange, why..?

I really like the design of those, and if there's no con against, for example, an APMEX year of the dragon bar, I would like to start a collection with those..

There are far better things to buy. Copper bar. Reproduction Gold Bar (sweet!). 1gm Gold bar. Or just buy silver with Bitcoins.

Ebay is now filled with FAKE silver. As the price of silver has risen there are more and more fakes and they are getting better. Ebay is not a great place to buy it unless you are prepared to properly test for fakes.

So is APMEX the safest bet, or are there any other reliable sources that dont charge ridiculous amounts over spot..?
