Is anyone else interested in such an exchange? If there is enough popularity behind it, I might try to start an exchange service for the two myself.

Once you have high amounts in each, you need to have a way of funding either quickly enough to meet demand, on a daily basis. However needs to be cheaply enough, lower then your already low profit margin.
