The design's quality would have to be as good as or better than our snowden design's (http://pirateprintingcompany.com/collections/frontpage/products/edward-snowden-truth-t-shirt), which you can download at that link if that helps. We paid $80 for that design, but hopefully you can do it for cheaper. Make an offer.
