Title: Why is uTorrent uploading even though every torrent is stopped and has no actvty Post by: Acidyo on June 10, 2014, 10:50:57 PM Upload of 3-4kb/s Download of 1kb/s, even though no torrent is seeding nor downloading. Is this uTorrent uploading anyway? Or is someone stealing data from my PC and uTorrent shows all of my PC's ingoing and outgoing networks?

Sounds like it. Something similar happened to me and I ran a scam and came up with some stuff.

If it really bothers you, you can try turning off one of the options, I think it's called "DHT Network", which may be the culprit. In any case it's nothing malicious.
