Title: Cryptophane keys
Post by: EcuaMobi on June 11, 2014, 02:57:14 PM
I've started using G/PGP for encryption and security. I'm using Cryptophane under Windows and I like it very much.

Do you know where does it store the private keys? Is it in a file?

I have an encrypted HD. If possible, I'd like to set it up so keys are stored in that HD.

My private keys do have a password, but any extra security is welcome.

After some research I found the param 'homedir' from Cryptophane.ini

(If this is not set, it defaults to %appdata%/gnupg)

So it's working great now in my encrypted HD.
