Senior and Hero Members are the ones I had in mind.

If you sign up for campaigns you could earn a nice amount of bitcoins per month with these ranks. PD for instance which is one of the most secure ones can pay out to active members between 2.4 and 3 bitcoins per 3000 posts a month, surely no one is gonna reach that many a month but it's still a stable income if you are really active on these forums.

Now imagine new people coming to these forums and wanting to get started with these campaigns but obviously they would not want to wait and grind the activity up to Sr or Hero members, so they would look if they could buy these accounts instead.

What do you think the price would be for selling Sr and hero member accounts with a default or positive rating?

7-10 BTC since you can make up that much in a few months, and rep is priceless  ;)

That's a pretty hefty sum. I would have guessed maybe 5+ btc for Hero Members and 2-4 for Senior.

Then what about Full members and or Members? It takes around 1-2 months to become a member and a little longer for Full member, so that would maybe not cost as much. I would say 1 btc for a full member?

Accounts are sold pretty cheap around 0.5BTC for Senior and less than 1BTC for Hero.Have you looked around the forum got that?

Where do you get that prices from? Could you provide source?

You won't get more than 1.5 BTC for a hero account. People may say "oh the sig campaigns"....well no. There is a lot of effort that has to be put down to become profitable in months with sig campaigns. You do have to post a lot. You'll never get anything close to the valuations above...never.

Full Members tend to go for around 0.1-0.2, Snrs for around 0.3-0.6, and Heroes for around 0.7-1btc, but more and more people seem to be selling accounts these days so prices might be a little lower.

Just go to digital goods section there is so many seller who selling forum account.

Weird how low they are going for. It's almost like you'd profit by buying a hero account and signing up for campaigns, you'd ROI in at least one month.

I wouldn't like seeing a bunch of Hero and Senior members who are really newbies spamming the board. It kinda defeats the purpose of the titles.

That is true, but seeing as selling accounts is apparently allowed, this is bound to happen. I hope that at least no one will fall for any big scams from bought hero member accounts.

What about the trust behind those accounts? If they have a high trust I would image that would be sold for at least 3-5 BTC if one was to even sell their account.

I tend to mine through members' posts to see if I see any inconsistencies, weird post patterns or grammatical changes upon the release of new services.

People just need to use escrow, each and every time. The trust ratings here are useless.

I'm hoping to have my account at least up to full member by the time it would be very unfeasible to be here on any regular basis. When that happens, I'll let everybody know and we can dicker.

hero member is priceless in my eyes, you get tons of privileges that other people dont have.
Personally I would never sell your account, unless you are very very desperate.

Hero member priceless? And what privileges do they have over others? The only difference is I think Hero members can have background colours or shading or something in their signature and get a little bit extra on sig deals.


Trust would make the account worth a little more but not by that much. And highly 'trusted' people tend not to sell their accounts anyway, but regardless if it gets found out that you bought that account it'll get negbombed pretty fast and then be a wasted investment.


I haven't seen any account go for over 1btc. Probably won't be any sold near to that now as well with a lot of people popping up selling accounts almost daily.

Buying of course, as he is a full member himself.

Most Senior account is sold from .3 to .6 btc and Hero accont from .7 to 1.5 btc. Be careful buying accounts, some of this seller is selling hack accounts. The accounts that I sell is fresh from the farm not hack or bought.

Don't forget that if the Hero and Senior distinction that presently implies some rep and stature are sullied by new buyers over-posting, forum rules might be amended to reflect that

In my opinion forum account buyin and selling should be banned and everybody who is trying to do that should be banned forever. Buying and selling accounts leads to sure scam. Scammer are the ones who are willing to buy your trusted account. for 200-300$ it is not worth the money.

For mine, I'm not sure I would be willing to sell it. I've received tiny offers before that have been laughable - but really I'm not going to sell an ancient account with a name I've only managed to be fast enough to get once (that's here) except for possibly bonkers offers. But realistically I'd say it would simply be a function of how many accounts those account sellers manage to make each day and post on.

You don't understand why people would pay for them? Read through this thread. It's not like you can just create a Member/Full Member etc account instantly. You can get your money back within less than a week on signature campaigns, so that's why people buy them. It can be a great investment.

I believe they are worth more when they have positive trust on them as well, meaning can be used to sell,  Im sure this worth to the scammers also.  Possibly why I wouldnt want to sell my account to be used for these purposes.  I think my account should be worth 2 btc since it has positives already.

Really, that's just pathetic to buy accounts for sig campaigns. First of all, rates are not guaranteed for long term, and second, you make much more money for a decent job.

Now buying a high status account for the gained trust, that's another story. I've seen first hand someone using a purchased hero member account to try to scam.

Doesn't really matter about long term when you can get a return on investment within days. And it's not about using it as a job, but getting paid in bitcoins just to post in your spare time exactly like you and I are doing.

You can break even in one to two weeks easily.

member account 0.03 - 0.05 btc that is equal to 43 to 75 posts to break even @ 0.0007 per post
full member account .13 - .19 btc that is equal to 145 to 220 posts to break even @ 0.0009 per post
senior member .3 - .6 btc that is 230 to 465 posts to break even @ 0.0013 per post

The risk of course is that forum rules might change if too many newbies start buying Hero accts and spamming

If you sell your account it will go into the hands of a scammer who will use your name and your information in  the forum. And then when he/she makes something bad, people will not know that is not you. May be there will be bounty for you someday...Thats why you dont have to sell your account.

It's crazy how much accounts are worth. There's a lot of money to be made on this forum. I think it makes it a bit more exciting and lively.

next thing you have all your other accounts spammed with threats for your head, coz the person you sold it to scammed people for 20 btc..

0.5BTC for a Hero account is dirt cheap - you can easily get your money back in 1 month and then it's pure profit. I think Senior and Hero accounts are worth much more than that.
And if you get bored with it you can always sell it and get your money back!

There are risks to the buyer, the account may be a hacked one, or the seller scams you and say you hacked their account, and gets it back. Also it is not hard breed an account, just post once a day on off-topic - 1 or two minutes of you daily time. This is not worth more than 1 btc, even for heroes members

Highly unlikely. Spammers will be dealt with as always, and there is a strong deterrent keeping buyer from spamming with Hero accounts -- price. The mods have been pretty clear that account trading won't be banned because there is no way to stop it.
