I wanted to reply to a thread but first it told me i already posted 360 sec ago which i clearly did not. And after i waited about 10 minutes i tried to post again, getting the message that i had already posted the reply (i changed it around a little bit). Anyone else with the same problems ? Log-ins, sending messages and attempted posts all reset the waiting period and you'll have to wait another 6 minutes.

That is the case before you get 15 activity. When you get 15 activity, the time limit should be just 75seconds, and will be further down when you get higher activity.
