It is to easy for someone to give you BTC and then you complain and get the money back from Paypal, best to go to an exchange for your BTC.

Its not really the amount, its just paypal, it looks after the buyer, so the seller can be screwed over when the buyer claims they didnt receive their goods and gets their money back. Trust is the normal creditability, but so is reading past posts and what people already know about the user. Yep being new makes life alot harder, ask some sellers what platform they want to use rather than paypal.
