Why do you think Coinpal is a scam? From what I understand they have taken a long time to deploy their actual exchange, but that it went live a few days ago. From what I can tell on cryptostocks, CS froze trade activity on their shares without notifying them. While I would stay away from them, I wouldn't start filing a suit this early. Will be interesting to see what they post tomorrow

It's true that they send a divedend yesterday and cryptostocks is also having issues. But coinpal has come as close to being a scam as possible. The fact that cryptostocks is having problems does not justify the fact that they've fallen out of all the deadlines they set for themselves. The diveidends might keep coming in and indeed they're crazy high divedends. It's easier to asume that it's a scam since none of the promissed sevices have been debuted yet and therfore it seems like he's paying people with their own money.

Raising 151 btc and paid less 1 btc for a clone exchange seems pretty fraude to me
