Title: Paypal chargeback - 4 months later?!?
Post by: ElectronicBitcoinExchange on June 15, 2014, 11:23:57 PM
I just recently received a charge back from a deal I made 4 months ago. It was from a trusted person and I guess he decided to screw me over, but only 4 months later. How is this possible and what can I do to fight it?

Paypal mostly sides with the customer. You could contact the staff, though, but they're most likely not going to hear you out.

i think the concerning part is he somehow did it 4 months later... limit is 45 days if i am not mistaken ?

sounds like maybe he charged back credit card, which charged back paypal.. etc.. and here we are not.

who was it ? name and shame.

He probably paid by credit card and did a chargeback through them, so there really is nothing you can do. Was it a member of bitcointalk? Post a link to his profile, name, paypal address and any other information you have so everyone knows to avoid him.
