My plan is to keep this list updated and also run it on my site "Bitcoin Exchanges Directory".

There needs to be categorizing by local and for exchanges that refuses customers from certain regions.


So Far:

• Kraken - Only manages some states in the U.S., but big in Europe - I have tried it personally and it works.
• Bitstamp - Takes customers world Wide and works well, have tested it personally.
• Safello . Swedish Bitcoin Broker that works fine and quickly. You have to fill in a lot of info about your use of the coins. I have tested it personally and it works.
