Haven't tried that one in years, but I've got to admit that it's really creepy. If it can't figure out the exact person, it just defaults to 'your teacher' or 'the mayor of your town'.

It guessed my owner. deadmau5.

You're being owned by deadmau5? How come? What do you have to do when being owned by him?

Guessed Eusébio da Silva Ferreira after 22 questions.

But couldn't guess my childhood's imaginary friend.

So 1vs1, for now.

And video game characters apparently, though I have defeated him with K'... but K' appears in the list at the end, so I probably screwed up some answers. :)

Which one? Was it one from the story you posted?

It should be noted that Akinatior learns what he knows from people's input. Everyone can add new people and propose new question paths. At least that's what it was like when I was playing around with it.

That is very interesting. It sounds like it is kinda like "learned intelligence"

Damn he's good.  I was thinking Audrey Hepburn and he guessed it, but it took him about 20 questions.

but what if you don't know all of the details and end up giving a few wrong answers?

You do have the buttons for "probably yes/no" and "I don't know" in there as well, so if you answer truthfully, and the database is accurate enough (not many other people screwed up) and large enough (to include who you're thinking of), he should be able to "guess" it correctly. Still, the program is nothing but a big database, so if you mislead it, intentionally or otherwise, he will either require more questions to make the connection to the right person, or end up providing a completely wrong answer.
