Hi man, one of the best fiat exchange sites that supports also DOGE, LTC, PPC not only bitcoin is Anx, ANXPRO (http://bit.ly/UxeAkD) , and currently the withdrawals and deposits of fiat are cero fees, and you can get 15,000 doges just for verify you account. It seems to be a pretty good site. Most people are finding them to be the best altcoin exchange so far.
