Anybody in the early 90s remember the show "beyond 2000". It might of just been in .AU
We were told we would have flying cars by now.
where the hell is my flying car ? I am still driving on 4 wheels like the rest of society. I want to fly around, or atleast hover like in star wars.

That show lied, and I want retributions, hmm I think that is the right word ?

I've never heard of that show; maybe it never passed the equator. :)

Space Elevator - the cheapest way to go space

Flying Cars - Maybe Year 2050 - 2100. Right now it is fuel extensive, unless we can invent a small fusion generator that can be fitted into the car or anti gravity is discovered.

Hey, if one of the things that gets "developed" in our lifetime is immortality, a lot of us might be able to see it. :P



I think what most people mean when they say those things is practical/easily accessible to everyone flying cars/space travel. And I don't know about you, but I would rather not have to wait several decades (at best) to reach the nearest star system. That's not space traveling, that's space crawling. ;)
