It looks like a sequence counter was reset and now the engine spits out errors. Maybe you can fix it by shoveling in GB of data: http://dba.stackexchange.com/questions/8011/any-better-way-out-of-mysql-innodb-log-in-the-future Or you could try to recover the data and do a import to a clean database: http://www.percona.com/software/mysql-innodb-data-recovery-tools http://www.chriscalender.com/?p=49 How big is the database?
