Title: LiteCoin LONGPOLL detected a new block ....help?

on my laptop it runs normal

but on my desktop which is much better its all messed up

It means that another pool has been rewarded for that block.

You really shouldn't be mining on a laptop anyway IMO.  Especially solo mining, you're crazy!

But it's not a bad thing to see that message.
