Title: Problem with Antminer S1 Post by: lasmart613 on June 25, 2014, 04:32:53 PM I bought two of them. One of them causes the PSU to shut down if I power up both blades.
I am using a 1000W PSU. It runs the other S1 just fine. If I power up either blade along with the good S1, it shuts down. I am able to run it in single blade mode, but with no other blades from either miner hooked up or it shuts down. I don't have a power meter or a DC ammeter that can check it. Any thoughts? If your using a cheapo non name brand and even some name brands that could explain your problem. On the back is the psu rated power amps per circuit. I suggest you check that against the power draw of 2 s1's.

Now they run great. |
