I have bet on the site and it is really frustating it requires an extremely High speed internet to work.  After placing my first bet(in Poker), it refreshes the entire page and take a minuite to reload the page. After my initial bet I was not able to place any more bets, and found it really unfair.

EDIT: I contacted the support about it..and after 50 MINUTES of talking with them. They said they will contact me about it soon.
EDIT 2: Ok the staff contacted back. I guess the delay was due to hearing back from Casino Operator. The issue has been sorted, and I have got my money back.

It's the required wager amount before you can withdraw the bonus.
For example, you got a bonus of 20mBTC and the rollover is 25x, it means you need to have a total wager amounts at least 500mBTC (20x25=500) to withdraw the bonus.

"Simillar" story here, but deeper..... I have deposited 1000 to play, after loosings redeposited another 1000.... this time some luck and won. Made 2150 withdraw (my balance) and they deny, account "under security view". After 100+ HOURS!! (more than 4days) they reply :

They allowed me to cashout 1 of my deposits, not whole deposited amount as they said here.
I have depoisted 1000 then lost it, redeposited 1000 and won up to 2150... they have sent me history of 3 bets that eventually has been added to my bankroll after my second deposit (for total 500mbtc) and said this is bonus and bonus with winning are removed so You can cashout 1000.... where is another 650 propably my real money from deposit? ... today on chat they say i won 1500 after second depo and before they said 500 was bonus = I won 1000 but eventually they have removed all of this 1500 because in their opinion all of this is bonus LOL...... im not agree with it, they have closed my account for "fraud ring" which is also unknown. You may file a complaint to their licencing agency if they are licenced.

All the review sites on all of these non provably fair commercial casinos are paid by the liscense company that makes these games. Bitcasino.io, this site, numerous others are all the same just diff owners that's why it's always the same 300 slot games and why they all are featured on the same review sites. In other words casino review sites are 90% bogus better to judge on age and developer activity.

Be careful of all casinos that have bonuses,  That money has to come from somewhere..... YOU!
