But only accept verified accounts , thats help? Nope. Being verified doesn't mean anything really and they can still easily do a chargeback. People just say they were hacked or never recieved the item and PP issues the refund. Look over on the currency exchange here as there are a few people who deal with PP who seem to have done many previous successful trades, but they could still charegeback at any time. You'll just have to weigh up the risk and decide for yourself. Just don't deal with a newbie who has no trade history.
