Title: Investing in domain names Post by: Distribution on March 02, 2012, 02:16:35 AM What are the rules regarding buying domain names to sell? For example, if I knew someone was opening a business, and bought the domain name before they did, is there a problem? Or say in a case that doesn't deal with potentially trademarked names, say I wanted to buy a domain of someone's name, like the CEO of a company. And is there a way to do it and sell it anonymously or through a third party so that I wouldn't be known as "that guy" while actually being "that guy"?
